Kevin Kowalick MBA

With an MBA from Temple University and as an Adjunct Professor of Marketing at Temple, Kowalick will advise and evaluate the current business strategy of the potential investment.  With over two decades of experience in leadership and VP roles for strategy, revenue, GTM, and organizational development, Kevin has the knowledge and skills to not only do a thorough evaluation of the company’s current strategy but also to make recommendations on changes that will make the company even more successful.

Kevin currently acts as a consultant and coach who enables individuals and companies to scale and grow through rapid and/or disruptive change. He creates and implements plans that optimize org design and alignment of people, product/tech/systems and tools, and processes/workflows. He designs sales and go-to-market teams with strategies aligned with product/service goals and outcomes and leads through ADKAR change management and design principles.
